In addition, we recommend that you use a slightly thicker sheathing to install this model of roofing panels.The optimal thickness of it is 5/8“, not 1/2”.This makes the entire roof much more rigid, keeping all the joints, which are sensitive to bending, as tight as possible.

However, noise emissions will be much lower if you use a modern synthetic underlayment with increased thickness, which better absorbs vibrations.
