Stainless steel valley flashings are an indispensable part of any roof, effectively protecting it from leaks where two slopes are joined at an angle. Its use effectively protects the attic from water. Roof valleys are hot spots where dozens of gallons of water run off during rain. By using flashings, moisture does not penetrate under shingles or shakes, and this is absolutely crucial.
